RELCO’s Remanufacturing Process
From start to finish RELCO will:

• Completely disassemble locomotive down to frame
• Inspect and restore all components to OEM specifications or replace them
• Incorporate technological improvements and upgrades introduced since locomotive was originally built
• Provide complete documentation, including major systems schematics, diagrams, repair guides and operating manuals
• Test for a full rated horse power output, and check all systems
• Provide on-site commissioning and training of your personnel once locomotive is shipped and delivered to you

Our quality assurance adheres to the strict requirements of both the AAR quality assurance standard M-1003 and the US Military Standard 45208A.
